- Madonna has signed the back of her personal American Express credit card, "Madonna Ciccone" in blue ballpoint pen
- The card, issued through Chemical Bank was valid from "07/85 thru 07/87" and has her name "Madonna Ciccone" printed on the front
- According to the card Madonna had been a member since 1984
- The card was used by Madonna during the same period as she released ‘Crazy for You’, ‘Into the Groove’, ‘Dress You Up’, ‘Live to Tell’ & ‘Papa Don’t Preach’, ‘True Blue’, ‘Open Your Heart’ & ‘La Isla Bonita’
- The card was cut up by Madonna herself in August ‘1987 when it was no longer valid
