ADRIANNE FLEMING is an Asset Manager at Marquee Capital with a focus on seniors housing. Adrianne is responsible for the strategy and execution of owned seniors housing assets including independent living, assisted living and memory care products.  She has extensive seniors housing experience having been in roles that include Director of Nursing, Health and Wellness Director, Pharmacy Manager, Executive Director, and Regional Director of Operations.  Adrianne has an MBA from Carthage College and is a licensed practical nurse.
