TOM NICKOLS is the Director of Industrial at Marquee Capital, leading the firm’s small-bay flex industrial platform. He is responsible for deal sourcing, leasing, and asset management across the firm’s industrial holdings. Tom brings more than a decade of industrial real estate experience to the role, with a background in sourcing and acquiring warehouse, logistics, and flex properties and managing them from acquisition through asset management. Before joining Marquee, he was in brokerage for 11 years with transactions across the Wisconsin, Chicago and Indianapolis markets. Tom graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in Economics.
