BOB DELGHINGARO is the Chief Operating Officer for Marquee Capital where he is responsible for managing pipeline, underwriting and on-boarding new assets. He has underwritten and led the investment in just under $400MM of retail real estate transactions with Marquee Capital.  Prior to joining Marquee Capital, Bob held various financial and operational roles as a Certified Public Accountant Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer.
