BOB DELGHINGARO is Chief Investment Officer at Marquee Capital and is responsible for managing pipeline, underwriting and on-boarding of new assets. He has underwritten and led the investment in just under $400MM of retail real estate transactions with Marquee.

Prior to Marquee Capital, Mr DelGhingaro worked in various financial and operational roles as a Certified Public Accountant including Chief Accountability Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer. Mr DelGhingaro graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in finance and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
