DAN SISEL is a Partner and Board Member at Marquee Capital with responsibility for investing in, acquiring, managing and monetizing assets across the US with specific focus on niche real estate investment strategies that offer outsized risk adjusted returns. Within this focus he has been responsible for sourcing growth opportunities, raising and deploying syndicated capital and overseeing asset management strategies. He has been a part of over $800MM of real estate transactions with ownership of over 600 senior housing units in various markets across the US.

Prior to joining Marquee Capital, Mr Sisel managed capital improvement strategies for corporate and healthcare clients on behalf of an international management firm where he was responsible for leading teams through the early stages of planning, with a focus on project feasibility. Mr Sisel graduated from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelors of Science and Masters in Architecture.
