Milwaukee, WI, June 14, 2022 – A portfolio company of Marcus Investments, together in partnership with Charter Senior Living, announced it has acquired Charter Senior Living of Charlotte, Charlotte, NC. This asset is the fifth senior living property added to Marcus Investment’s growing senior living portfolio.
The 87-unit community offers Assisted Living and Memory Care.
