As part of a partnership with a tenured sponsor, Marquee Capital syndicated capital to invest in this existing multi-family campus with 448 units. Prior to acquisition the property was used by Disney as corporate housing due to its proximity to the theme parks and large amenity set.
The investment thesis is focused on renovating units, bringing rents up to market and then selling the asset. Renovation of units will continue through 2024 and revenue will continue climbing as updated units bring higher rates each month.
