Marquee Capital acquired the 239,216 SF shopping center in Rochester, MN, in Q2 2022. The property is shadow anchored by Target and Lowe’s and, at the time of acquisition, included a Marcus Theater, nearly 100,000 SF of vacancy, and three outlots.

Throughout the hold-period, Marquee sold the theater, backfilled 50,000 SF of vacancy with national retailers Ross and Burlington, and sold an additional 30,000 SF to an Amish furniture store. The remainder of the center was sold in Q3 2025.
