ROB HABICH is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Marquee Capital. Mr Habich is responsible for overseeing all legal functions of the company and serves in various other management and strategic roles.

Prior to joining Marquee Capital, Mr Habich practiced law in private firms for almost twenty years, advising a wide variety of real estate clients, including Marquee Capital. Mr Habich graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in Finance, Investment and Banking and Marketing, as well as graduating cum laude from Marquette University Law School.
