Ross Dress for Less opened in the Marquee Capital shopping center, Shoppes on Maine, in Rochester, MN on Saturday, July 20th. With over 2,100 stores nationally, Ross was selected as the 27th best retailer on NFR’s Top 100 Retailers of 2024. Ross saw $20.35 billion in sales in 2023, which was a 9% increase from 2022. The newest tenant puts the shopping center at a 75.4% occupancy.
