DARIN FRERICHS is Director of Construction at Marquee Capital and is responsible for overseeing the pre-development, design and construction of various projects throughout the United States. Darin works closely with municipalities, design consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered with exceptional quality, on time and under budget. 

Prior to joining the Marquee Capital team, Darin worked as a Project Architect and Project Manager with an international firm developing and overseeing all phases of a project.  Darin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Masters of Architecture and a B.S. in Architectural Studies.  He is a licensed Architect, member of the American Institute of Architects, NCARB, CSI-CDT and a LEED accredited professional.
