As Managing Partner of Marque Capital, Jay leads investment strategy and process, deal sourcing, and value creation. Jay began his career as an architect, designing complex real estate projects for institutional clients. Through this work, Jay developed expertise in underwriting, value engineering, and creative problem-solving.  Jay co-founded Berengaria Development, the precursor to Marquee Capital.
