BrightStar Senior Living of Fort Wayne

This ground up development was opened in Q3 2019 with 41 units, 23 of them being Assisted Living (AL) and 18 of them being Memory Care (MC) units.  The project was developed as part of a joint venture with the operator, the corporate parent of BrightStar Care, one of the largest home health franchise businesses in the US. 

In late 2023 this asset was sold to a strategic buyer producing strong returns for our investors.
