Preston Hollow Senior Living

In December 2023, Vitality Living of Preston Hollow, a 120 unit seniors housing community located in a densely populated, affluent neighborhood of Dallas was acquired by a joint venture led by Marquee Capital. The business plan includes executing a $4MM+ renovation, converting the former SNF units into assisted living units, upgrading common areas and updating the existing assisted living and memory care units.
