Marquee Capital developed BrightStar Senior Living of Mason from the ground up in Q3 2019 with 23 Assisted Living (AL) units and 18 Memory Care (MC) units. The asset was operated by BrightStar Senior Living, and after an approximately 5-year hold period, Marquee Capital sold the asset to a not-for-profit healthcare leader in the Greater Cincinnati region.
